After our marriage in 2012, we decided it was time to stop “preventing” a pregnancy. But after a year we began actively trying for children. In May of 2014 we suffered a deviating miscarriage that emotionally took its toll on Catherine. After trying for so long we reached out to Kaiser for assistance (FYI to all the women out there. Don’t wait! Contact someone if you’ve been trying for more then 6 months without success. I would have reached out sooner if I had known to do so). We began fertility treatments in January and by May of this year we were finally pregnant! It has been a very tough and trying time for us, but we hope it has brought us closer together. Below are some ultrasound, and other, photos from our journey since May 2015. (click any image for a better look)
